Fashion Face-Off: Rihanna vs. Paris

Rihanna first wore this Alexander Wang strapless corset dress while visiting Kanye West in NYC. Then Paris Hilton took it for a test-drive last night to tape an appearance on David Letterman's show.
Both girls showed off their gams with nearly identical black platform pumps, but Rihanna accessorized the sexy frock with some sky-high hair and a sparkly silver purse.
Paris kept her blond tresses simple and opted for a chunky black necklace to complete her look...but what's up with her "I gotta pee" pose?
Both girls look good in their getup, but who works it best?

First Date Fashion Do's & Don't

Dating a new HOTTIE will be stressful enough – picking out your outfit for the occasion shouldn’t be. A first date is the only shot you’ve got to make a fabulous impression on your possible Mr. Right. Show him the real you to guarantee date #2. Keep these tips in mind when dressing for your big night. Your look will keep him looking!

DO dress for the activity. Ask him in advance where you are going. You need to be prepared when selecting the right attire. You DON’T want to show up in your little black dress for the 50-yard line.
DO go casual for the movies in your favorite-fit jeans and a trendy but comfy top. If dinner is on the agenda, wear a flattering dress. When hitting the clubs, do a dressy tank to keep you cool on the dance floor.
DON'T be too sexy. I know you want to show off your assets but keep him guessing! This is only the first date. You don’t need to pull out the too-low-cut-skin-tight-top. He doesn’t need to know ALL of you yet.
DON'T wear a mini. If you didn’t get it in the first DON'T….absolutely under no circumstances rock a mini skirt on your date. Do you want to step out of the car like Britney? Check the gossip pages if you need a visual.
DO be confident in your ensemble. The best way to showcase your beautiful self is to feel good in your clothes. Trust me, he’ll notice.

How Can We Prevent Teen Pregnancy?

May 6th, 2009 is known as the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy and there were so many buzz-worthy events going on in honor of it. In fact, the Candie's Foundation held a town hall meeting on the prevention of Teenage Pregnancy. Bristol Plain and Hayden Panettiere were both present and talking about awareness and addressing ways on how to reduce the teen pregnancy rate.

As you know, Bristol — the daughter of Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin — had a baby at the age of 17 with her then-boyfriend. She’s been in the news a lot lately, speaking out against teen pregnancy with the lessons she learned. She’s been saying that she wishes she would have waited to have sex, and that it was harder to tell her parents she was pregnant than it was to give birth. It was interesting to hear what else she had to say.

What are your thoughts on teen pregnancy prevention? Do you have any ideas on raising awareness? Would love to hear your thoughts!
